Organizational Unit managing
  • Create or delete organizational unit.
  • You can create template to easily and quickly create users. Templates give you the possibility to define special fields which will be automatically completed when you create a new user.
    Fields example:
    • Postal address
    • Country
    • Phone number
    • Fax number
    • Quota
    • ...
  • You can easily manage distribution list with organizational unit. When you create an organizational unit, a distribution list is automatically created and all of users in the organizational unit are automatically added to this distribution list.
    You can add or remove users within the distribution list manually.
    When you delete a user from the organizational unit, the user is automatically deleted from the distribution list.
